Shipping

The customer is responsible to unload any boxes or crates from the back of a truck. The truck driver will bring boxes or creates to the back of the truck. Some drivers may help to unload but they aren’t required to do so, it’s better to have at least 2 or more persons their to help unload. Inspect boxes or creates for any physical damage and either refuse the shipment or mark it on the bill of lading before signing. Without any notations on bill of lading we can’t be held responsible for any replacements or repairs. Any shipping claims after 7 days from receiving will not be allowed.

Returns

All orders are made to order, so all sales are final (some rare instances may apply).

• Must ship goods back to us properly packaged to arrive undamaged

• MUST ship back PREPAID, we will not accept any collect shipments

• 25% restocking fee
